Mr. Hyatt was seeking payment for commissions not earned and made the threat to post and email negative comments about John Farrar and GetInstantPayments.com if he was not paid.

As you know I own and operate GetInstantPayments.com, an Instant Commission affiliate Program.  We offer our affiliates 100% on the front end and WE keep any sales made on the One Time Offer.  It is quite clearly stated in the Reseller Center what the commissions are and who get’s what.  It’s quite standard for this type of program.

Today, I received a support desk ticket from Rodger Hyatt who basically stated that he wanted me to submit a payment to him for all “backend” (one time offer sales) that were purchased from his referrals as I stated it was 100% Commission, though it clearly shows that the 100% commission refers to the front end product.

As Mr.  Rodger Hyatt continued to make threats and issue ulimatums, I decided to remove him from my affiliate program.  I also emailed my other affiliates with a copy of the exchange from the help desk ticket as I felt they should be aware of anything that may shed a poor light on our program so that they had the “facts” to respond.

Here is an EXACT copy of the exchange so you can see for yourself (I have only edited out email addresses):

My email to my affiliates contained EXACTLY what you see above from our support desk system  No exaggeration, simply an exact copy of the ticket as it still reads now.

When we refused to “pay him off” to avoid his threat of slander, he did just that.

So you can make your own judgement of “who” is the real person of “integrity” here……..

I can’t tell you how many of MY affiliates have sent emails expressing how in fact it IS clearly understood how our affiliate Program works.

It should also be noted that “members of his list” were kind enought to send me copies of his “slanderous” email………hardly something you would do if I was indeed the type of person Mr. Hyatt would claim….

Then he proceeded to make false accusation about me in Skype Groups such as this one:

Some of the better known internet marketers have hit a new low by marketing a WordPress Plugin, WP Corner Peel when you can pick up not less than 4 versions of this type of plugin for FREE in the WordPress.org  plugin directory.

Don’t get me wrong.  Most of the products I see from these guys are quite cool and very useful………I buy many myself.  But to take something that is available online for FREE and market it  like it’s some great new innovation is over the top and deceitful.

What baffles many is that the iPad has no specific role to speak of, except maybe to fulfill the desire to look and feel cool. It seems to perform well at many of its functions, even threatening to beat the competition out of their own markets. But it’s not quite good enough, many will suggest.

It’s a good e-reader.
Depending on who you ask, the reading experience with iPad is either as good as, is better than, or is nowhere near comparable with other eBook reading devices such as Amazon’s Kindle, the Sony E-Reader, or Barnes & Noble’s Nook.. To many who have not read with devices like these, reading on an iPad is an experience that can soon replace reading of actual books. With some thoughtfulness thrown in to the design and mode of reading on iPad, it is definitely an e-book reader killer. However, for those who have already read with a Kindle, comparisons can be made that may understate iPad a bit.

But then again, iPad offers great features that other superb e-reading devices doesn’t. Fast refresh, for one. Whereas Kindle DX offers the most convenient and perhaps the best reading experience with its slow refresh function – that is a slow way of navigating from one page of an eBook to another, page after page – iPad offers the fast refresh which can let readers jump from one section of the book to another. When reading fiction books, this isn’t much of a big deal. For those people doing their research work on iPad, this is as close as you will get to reading an actual reference book.

It’s a good comic book reader.
For better or for worse, iPad stands alone in allowing readers to read digital comic books without a problem. Most electronic reading devices, although performing well with nearly all files, don’t fare well with digital comic books. This is probably among the few places where iPad’s superb multitouch screen performs very well, without the need to compare it to other devices in the market because quite frankly, there is no point of comparison.

It plays video very well.
What is that glossy, multitouch screen for if not for displaying video files? From the very beginning, Apple has already made it very clear that iPad is geared to providing a medium for consuming all types of media. Many believe that the true role of the iPad is to simply consume media True, it is not big enough to compare with your gigantic plasma TV and even notebooks and laptops can do as well as an iPad on displaying livestream TV, but it is portable enough to be carried around. And that’s exactly what you need when you’re just lying around, not wanting to be tied on a TV.

It’s a decent web-surfing device.
Decent-enough, that’s the operative term. iPad is a hybrid, it is a cross between a toy, a laptop, and everything else in between. Web-surfing is not its real forte, although Steve Jobs claimed that it has the capacity to give you “the best browsing experience you’ve ever had”.  Honestly, if Mr. Jobs wanted that claim to be 100% accurate, the iPad browser would render Flash.  But that aside and the fact that you are stuck with the “clunky” Safari Browser, overall it’s a great tool to access the web.

iPad is also a really good gaming platform but that’s to be expected given the history of its sister the iPod Touch. E-mailing is a different, nice experience. And you can actually do some real work functions with it.

Apparently, iPad can do as many things as you can expect an Apple’s product will do while at the same time setting the standards higher for other developers to follow. Because iPad seems to be good at everything, let’s just say that it is a jack-of-all-trades device. At least for now.  One can just imagine what type of devices will be spawn from Google’s Android platform.  Let’s not forget, when Android phones hit the market, Apple quickly sunk from number 1 to number 3 in smartphone sales.

Maybe it’s just a hunch….but it’s safe to say the iPad won’t be alone on the shelves for long.

If you sell digital products online you are no doubt aware of the two most popular affiliate networks, ClickBank and PayDotCom.

While both of these are great and I highly recommend each of them, today I came across a brand new service that really caught my attention. It’s called PaySpree and the reason it caught my attention is that ALL its members get paid for their sales instantly by PayPal.

Even affiliates get paid for their referred sales instantly by PayPal.

I expect it to become quite a hit as the lure of ‘instant commissions’  played a big part in the massive success of products such as 7DollarSecrets and the RapidActionProfits scripts.

I’ve actually come across products for sale that are just lists of affiliate programs that pay instant paypal commission. And I’ve seen many threads in the various internet marketing forums asking about where to find instant commission affiliate programs. Now there is an entire site and marketplace dedicated to them.

As soon as you become a member you can start promoting any product in the marketplace, and you can add your own products so affiliates can promote them for you. All commission payments are handled automatically by PaySpree, it sounds like a winner to me.

If you promote your site(s) with traffic exchanges, by now you either know first hand or have seen the advice that using a URL rotator or a URL rotator script can maximize your promotional efforts by reducing the number of credits you’ll need to assign and use.

But, as is the case with anything free, there are some drawbacks.

With the use of rotator’s provided by many of the traffic exchanges you face these challenges:

1. Third Party Advertising – They usually advertise their exchange or some even advertise other members links, right at the very top.  Imagine getting the Walmart sale flier in the Sunday Paper and seeing a larger banner across the top that says “Shop at Target”.  A little counter productive huh?
2. Completely Random – the display of your included URLs is completely random and thus you have no control over what the user sees and you have no idea what’s been shown or when it was shown other than a basic click count.

Now let’s look at some of the Rotator Membership Sites.  Basically they are no different than the free rotator’s that you can get from most traffic exchanges except for a fee, of course, you can remove third party advertising.

Here are the challenges you face with URL Rotator membership sites:

1. Pay a Fee For Ad Free – Most of the membership sites charge a monthly fee to remove third party advertising which can cost you upwards of $100+ per year.  They try to justify the cost by offering referral commissions, but are you really looking to promote your sites or add yet another thing to have to promote?  And, let’s not forget yet another username and password to remember.
2. Third Party Advertising – if you are unwilling to pay a fee, you of course surrender to a rotator with third party advertising at the top again.  I think our Walmart flier example says it all!
3. Completely Random – You would think that for all the money you pay a membership site, they would have advanced or enhanced features but unfortunately, all you are getting is a purely random display of your sites without the ads.
4. You’re At Their Mercy – As with most membership sites, if their servers or site goes down, your rotator and promotions go down.  With todays technology that usually doesn’t happen very often, but who knows what type of hosting they have or how stable their servers are?

So then we are left with URL rotator “scripts” which you can download and install on your own site/server.  Many are free, but some are quite expensive.  But, then we have the same challenges and some new ones:

1. Still Completely Random – Unfortunately, almost all of the URL rotator scripts out there still only show your sites in a completely random manner and thus offer you no real advantage over free rotators save for the advertising being removed.
2. Difficult for Novice Users – installing a URL rotator script can be a daunting task for most novice Internet Marketers.
