Our affiliate program pays affiliates 100% commission on sale of front end products and we make our money on special offers (one time offers) after the sale.

While our site clearly shows affiliates are not paid on one time offer sales, Mr. Hyatt demanded that we pay him all proceeds from one time offers in addition to what he was already paid on front end products or he would post negative comments and send negative emails to his subscribers.

The post at the link above is the result of our refusal to “pay him off”.

Mr. Hyatt was seeking payment for commissions not earned and made the threat to post and email negative comments about John Farrar and GetInstantPayments.com if he was not paid.

As you know I own and operate GetInstantPayments.com, an Instant Commission affiliate Program.  We offer our affiliates 100% on the front end and WE keep any sales made on the One Time Offer.  It is quite clearly stated in the Reseller Center what the commissions are and who get’s what.  It’s quite standard for this type of program.

Today, I received a support desk ticket from Rodger Hyatt who basically stated that he wanted me to submit a payment to him for all “backend” (one time offer sales) that were purchased from his referrals as I stated it was 100% Commission, though it clearly shows that the 100% commission refers to the front end product.

As Mr.  Rodger Hyatt continued to make threats and issue ulimatums, I decided to remove him from my affiliate program.  I also emailed my other affiliates with a copy of the exchange from the help desk ticket as I felt they should be aware of anything that may shed a poor light on our program so that they had the “facts” to respond.

Here is an EXACT copy of the exchange so you can see for yourself (I have only edited out email addresses):

My email to my affiliates contained EXACTLY what you see above from our support desk system  No exaggeration, simply an exact copy of the ticket as it still reads now.

When we refused to “pay him off” to avoid his threat of slander, he did just that.

So you can make your own judgement of “who” is the real person of “integrity” here……..

I can’t tell you how many of MY affiliates have sent emails expressing how in fact it IS clearly understood how our affiliate Program works.

It should also be noted that “members of his list” were kind enought to send me copies of his “slanderous” email………hardly something you would do if I was indeed the type of person Mr. Hyatt would claim….

Then he proceeded to make false accusation about me in Skype Groups such as this one:
